The layer was created using the intersect geoprocessing tool with Road Centerlines layer as the Input Data and the Output Type set to Point. Then, a script called New Notebook under the General ArcGIS Pro Project GDB on the ENG Drive was created to populate Street2 based on a unique Street1 road name identifier.
