Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>The Small Cell Tower Locator ROW layer is a 15 ft buffer created around the Parcel Gaps layer to mimic the right-of-way with the City of Mckinney. The Small Cell Tower Availability is based on the criteria listed with the city ordinance regarding the placement of small cell towers passes on Sept. 19th, 2017. The restrictions are as follows;</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Public Right-of-way</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>--No Node Support Poles may be placed in a public right-of-way without consent if the right-of-way is in a Municipal Park or adjacent to a street with:</SPAN></P><P STYLE="text-indent:20;"><SPAN>--Not more than 50 feet wide of paved street surface</SPAN></P><P STYLE="text-indent:20;"><SPAN>--Adjacent to single-family residential lots or other multifamily residences or undeveloped land that is residentially zoned</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Historic and Design Districts</SPAN></P><P STYLE="text-indent:20;"><SPAN>--Must obtain written approval from the City before collocating Network Nodes or installing Node Support Poles in a Design District with Decorative Poles or in a city area marked as a Design District or Historic District</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Historic Landmarks</SPAN></P><P STYLE="text-indent:20;"><SPAN>--Network providors are discouraged from installing a Network Node or Node Support Pole within 300 ft. of a historic site or structure or Historic Landmark that is recognized by the city, state, or federal government</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>These restrictions were reflected in the selection of parcels that were used the intersect the Parcel Gaps buffer to create the final output.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Last updated: July 14, 2021</SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>Update frequency: As needed.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
