Update Schedule: Nightly
The Permitting Team is located within Building Inspections, a Department of the Development Services Division in the City of McKinney. Permitting is tasked with certifying a variety of activies, both residential and commercial, within the City; they are also responsible for permitting Garage Sales. The permitting process for Garage Sales requires no fee and is automated; we use this information to provide garage sale data to the general public and to help enforce the garage sale ordinance (enforcement is handled by the Code Services Department within Development Services Division)
