Under the agreement, McKinney annexed territories (notated with "McKinney" in the Area field) to provide public services in the new areas. Regarding the source of the layer's geometry, the map exhibit from the last page of the agreement was saved as a TIFF file and georeferenced into ArcGIS Pro using road intersections. The area boundaries were hand-digitized, not traced, because they did not align with any existing boundaries. This layer acts as a historical reference and will likely not be edited moving forward unless Engineering upper management provides additional info on better boundary alignments.
