It starts from current SDE zoning outside MTC areas, removes current zoning areas that are superseded by matching ZBL planned-development byproducts, appends PD records derived from the ZBL/current-zoning intersect, appends MTC records from the SDE MTC layer, and calculates land-use status fields plus summary buckets. Source data includes SDE Zoning (sde.SDE.Zoning\\sde.SDE.Zoning), SDE MTC (sde.SDE.Planning\\sde.SDE.MTC), ZBL_aliased geodatabase layer, Use_Table.xlsx, and Use_Table - PD Test.xlsx.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN> Processing lineage: Created as zoning_uses in the script. Non-MTC zoning is selected from SDE zoning; ZBL intersections are selected where the zoning ordinance matches the ZBL ordinance; matched current zoning is erased; PD features are appended with ZoningType formatted as PD_&lt;ordinance&gt;_&lt;PD zone&gt;; MTC features are appended from SDE MTC excluding Pedestrian A and Pedestrian B.
